Join us for our 6th annual Medalta Holiday Exhibition featuring our international artists in residence.
Medalta’s Holiday Exhibition is the first chance for our newest group of resident artists to exhibit their work to the Medicine Hat community. This group has been very busy creating and experimenting since arriving in September and we are proud to show off these talented new members of our Medalta family. Join us in welcoming them & introduce yourself over a cup of cacao at the opening reception Friday, November 25th from 6-8pm.
Friday November 25th 2016 is a night to get out and celebrate art and culture in our city. There’s a lot going on at Medalta that night, alongside the opening reception for our Holiday Exhibition we have the opening reception for ‘home’ an exhibition featuring Medalta’s alumni who have made Medicine Hat home and their cultural impact on the city. If that wasn’t enough we also have Medalta’s annual Heritage Christmas Market at Medalta from 4-9pm Friday, with free shuttle service to the downtown Artwalk.
