What does “Made in Canada” really mean?

This exhibition traces how ceramic objects made in Southeastern Alberta from 1912 to 1989 helped shape & reflect a growing national identity.

From wartime production to everyday household goods, these wares tell stories of resilience, creativity, and Canadian pride. Whether functional or decorative, each piece speaks to a moment in time: built for Canadians, by Canadians.
