FAQ & RULES

This is an outdoor concert with no reserved seating, lawn chairs or blankets are recommended for seating. 

WILL BEVERAGES BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE EVENT?

There will be a booth for guests to purchase alcohol, pop & water tickets. Beverages will be available from 10:00 AM  until 10:00 PM with the beer gardens opening at 12:00pm. A wide variety and selection of beverages will be available for sale at the Event.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes, please bring any found items to the front desk inside of Medalta during business hours until 5:00pm and at the merch table (located at the Medalta building entranceway) after 5:00pm. Please allow 48 hours after the event and email reception@medalta.org or call 403-529-1070 to see if your lost item was found. 

IS THERE A FIRST AID STATION? 

Yes, a first aid station and trained staff will be available on site. 

IS THERE ANY PARKING ON SITE?

Yes, there is parking on site on a first come first serve basis. We encourage people to park along the city roads and walk to the event.

IS THEIR DISABILITY ACCESS? 

We are committed to being accessible for as many people as possible.

Wheelchair Accessibility: We do our best to accommodate the needs of all event patrons, though please be aware that Crockstock Music Festival takes place on a gravel parking lot, which has sections of uneven ground and some slopes.  

IS THIS AN ALL AGES EVENT?

Yes, this concert is an event for people of all ages. We are featuring children’s activities during the hours of 10am – 4pm in our Market. Please note: alcohol purchased at the concert can ONLY be consumed in the designated beer garden areas of the concert.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

“The show must go on!” The concert takes place rain or shine. Please check the weather prior to coming and if there’s a high chance of rain we suggest bringing a pocket-sized poncho and a sweatshirt or windbreaker. However, the forecast is sun and warm weather!

Please note that severe weather conditions may temporarily interrupt some concerts/activities. 

CANNABIS USE

Cannabis is prohibited within the concert area.

SMOKING 

Tobacco use is permitted in designated smoking areas only. Please look for signs when you arrive. 

WHAT YOU CAN NOT BRING!

No outside drinks are permitted (bottles will be checked at the entrance)

Glass containers or glass of any kind

Large banners or signs

Pets (service animals only)

Frisbees, sports balls, beach balls, etc

Weapons or anything that could resemble a weapon

Gang insignia, offensive signs/clothing, etc

Noise makers, fireworks, laser pointers, pocket knives, tools or any other potentially harmful items.
