Gift Shop Return Policy:

Medalta will gladly exchange or refund qualified products within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All products must be returned in new condition. Products that are damaged from use or general wear and tear are not returnable.

We will refund you by the same method as your original payment. If PayPal was used during your purchase, your PayPal account will be credited for the return amount.
