February school break is a great time to visit Medalta! Create unique and expressive clay sculptures at Medalta in the Historic “Play” District! Hand building clay sessions for all ages provide your children with an opportunity for exploring, experimenting, and creating.

Collaborate with your littlest to create a clay bowl and a cool animal fossil!

$20 (One adult per 1 or 2 children, 20 spots max)

Learn important clay techniques to hand build a simple sculpture such as mini kilns, collection dishes or tiny houses!

Class is for 6–8 years

$20 per child

More advanced methods for building clay sculptures. Build an animal, an alien, or your own creature creation!

9-12 years

$25 per child

Teens are shown clay techniques and a variety of examples of hand built sculpture and pottery, before they create a project of their choice.
